2) No refunds or cancellations are allowed once deposit/full payment has been made. Serious buyer only!

3) For the actual colours of all item, it depend on your monitor setting. The colours might be slightly different. Thus, when you received the items, we cannot guarantee that the colours reflect the same that you see on your monitor's display.

4) We will not be responsible for any lost or damage during delivery. We will send you the tracking number once we have delivered your item.

5) Postage fee is not included. Please take note that postage fee will be charge depending on the weight of the item & location of postage.

6) We also provide & prefer COD as it is much safer & you can save on postage fee :) So, you can choose either self-collect or we can meet up somewhere at KL/Selangor area (depend on location).

HOW TO PLACE ORDER

1) Select your favourite item(s).

2) Email your order to ur.onesweetday@yahoo.com. Strictly no reservation.

3) Allow us to reply within 48 hours to confirm the stock availability (excluding day of order).

4) We only process your order once we have received your payment. If stock is available, we require 50% deposit (not refundable) to secure your item(s). If the order is cost more than RM1,000, deposit of 70% (not refundable) is required.

5) We will advise that your order generally will take how many days to arrive.

Penghantaran oleh pihak kami (COD) di sekitar Kuala Lumpur akan dikenakan delivery expenses mengikut kawasan. Semua urusan penghantaran akan dilakukan dgn syarat anda perlu membuat temujanji dgn pihak kami terlebih dahulu.. Untuk makluman anda semua, pihak kami hanya "available" pada hari minggu sahaja (depend on our schedule). Kesemua lokasi di luar Kuala Lumpur, barang-barang anda hanya akan dihantar melalui Pos Laju iaitu pada setiap hari Sabtu. Terima kasih di atas kerjasama anda semua :))
